Frequently Asked Questions

* How long do we have the car for - Answer - Timeless have a policy of Exclusive use for each Vintage Car, we do not impose time restrictions and we do not add surcharge if you go over 3 hours. We do need to know your requirements when booking, to enable the Chauffeur to know how long he is likely to be out.

* What Insurance do you have - Answer - Timeless have a Hire and Reward Insurance covering unlimited use for Weddings and Special Occasions. All Mercedes are fully licensed by Public Carriage Office and can be used for any purpose.

Vehicles

* What happens if the car breaks down - Answer - In cases of vehicle unavailability we obviously do not have a whole fleet sitting idle. We do however have several contacts who are vehicle enthusiasts who do not use their cars for Weddings, they have agreed to assist us in times of emergency. Timeless also has availability to a wide fleet of Modern Executive Saloons who will be dispatched a.s.a.p. in any event on the day. All of our vintage cars (not replica's) are also modified with Modern Engines hence making the risks of failure vastly less.

* What is included in your price - Answer - Just about everything you can think of, see the Our Service tab above.

* Can we come to view the cars - Answer - Yes. Since Timeless Experience own their Vintage cars viewing can be arranged either during the week or at weekends. If you want to view the Ferrari this can also be arranged at your convenience.

* How many people can the car seat - Answer - This varies from car to car. The Delaunay Belleville is the most flexible as it has fold down occasional seats like an old fashion taxi cab. The fit though will depend on dress size, so give us a call to check.

Useful Stuff

The Delaunay can seat a maximum of 6. The Badsworth is what I call a 2 ¹/₂   seater in the back with one extra in the front. The Singleton has a removable seat taking a maximum of six. The Beauford is a two seater in the rear and one in the front. The Mercedes and Modern Saloons seat a maximum of four. The Sports Cars are Two Seats only. The Aston Martin does have a +2 but we do not recommend rear passengers.
